We offer a variety of ways to buy Kinne Brook Farm beef, which is exclusively grass-fed and finished, lean and full of flavor, and all natural. All of the meat is dry aged for at least two weeks, comes frozen and shrink wrapped from a USDA inspected slaughterhouse, and is labeled with the type of cut and its weight. $125Each 10-pound package will contain 8 pounds of steaks and 2 pounds of kabobs. The steaks, approximately six of them, will include a selection of the most desirable cuts (Rib-eye, T-Bone, NY sirloin, Strip steaks, tenderloin, etc), and the kebabs come in one-pound packages with pieces ready for skewering. - Small Package
$200At 25 pounds, this selection will fit in anyone’s freezer! Includes a fantastic mix of premium and thrifty steaks, roasts, stew meat, some ribs and 10-15 pounds of lean ground beef. - Medium Package
$350A 50-pound assortment of steaks, roasts, ribs, stew meat and ground beef that can meet all your family’s needs without being too much. Includes a selection of steaks (ribeye, sirloin strip, New York sirloin, London Broil, etc), a few types of roasts (boneless chuck, bottom round, face rump, etc), some ribs, a few packages of stew/kebab meat, and about 25-30 pounds of lean ground beef. - Large Package
$650100 pounds of beef with a little bit of everything! Like the Medium Package, includes steaks, roasts, ribs, stew meat, and ground beef.
Please note: One cubic foot of freezer space will hold approximately 25 lbs. to 30 lbs. of beef.
