We feel very lucky to have land with which we can work, on which we can grow, and for which we are responsible. The reason we love farming, and feel that what we are doing is important, is that we can take a little piece of the earth and try to leave it better than we found it. Although Eliza’s family has taken good care of the Farm over the last 30 years, through new land management practices like management intensive rotational grazing, we hope to make it more productive and healthier.
